Italy Vacation Review: Venice, Florence, Positano, Modena, Amalfi Coast, Siena, Pisa, Capri Boating

Planning the trip from start to finish exceeded our expectations all around. I was a bit skeptical to hire a tour company online without having any specific word of mouth reference. But Zicasso paired us with two excellent options to choose from. We chose this company after our initial "Interview" with our agent on the phone. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, prompt with follow-up, detail oriented, and gave us confidence to move forward. He was also very patient with all of my detailed and follow up questions.

Once we decided upon an itinerary he also was very open to modifications and some specifics that we wanted to be sure we could customize. We were paired with a guide who would be our online concierge while in Italy, and he also was extremely communicative, responsive, and knowledgeable. Their team made the experience fabulous.

Additionally , we were promised first class service, and that is what we received. From the time of planning, to booking, to executing all the details of the trip, we were thrilled with the quality of service and service providers.

We are so thrilled that we booked this trip with this travel company and NOT on our own...we were overwhelmed trying to plan the details, and they took away all the stress and made it a perfect vacation for our family of four. Grazie!
