Overall I was pleased with the service provided by this Greece travel agency, however, there were some disappointments. A friend of mine in the travel industry suggested I use a Zicasso and a travel agent/specialist when booking my honeymoon because there were perks they could add on (wine at each hotel, upgrades, etc.). I was disappointed to learn that not one hotel even knew we were on our honeymoon. Additionally, one of the rooms booked had THE MOST uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on... not something you want to deal with on your honeymoon. Logistically speaking, the transfers and tours were wonderful and on time, however, other logistics were not as thought out or ideal on our end. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, making the planning less stressful. Thanks for all the hard work!
Most of the tours booked and the location (Greece) were the most memorable parts of our trip.
We would have double checked the itinerary and taken logistics and hotel ratings into consideration. We trusted how everything was planned, but in retrospect we should have done our own research into the hotels booked to make sure we were 100% satisfied and to make sure everything made sense to us logistically speaking.

I had offered Alyssa and her husband all 5 star hotels when we received their first request and then I was informed that they have a certain budget for their honeymoon trip for 13 nights so we agreed that they will stay in a 5 star hotel in Athens since the rate was extremely good and for Mykonos, Santorini and Crete I will offer them 4 star hotels to keep everything within their budget.
I had informed all the hotels that they were a honeymoon couple so in Athens they received wine and fruits in their room, in Santorini the owner of the hotel sat with them and had wine and fruits which he does with all the honeymoon couples and in Crete, the owner and manager, offered them a bottle of wine and fruits in their room. The only problem they faced was in Mykonos as due to the high season rush the hotel forgot to offer them a welcome drink and some fruits in the room so for this we do apologize on behalf of the hotel.
Regarding the uncomfortable bed, the owner informed us that beginning of this year they replaced all the old ones with new mattresses so not sure why it was so uncomfortable to sleep on it. They had the best view on the standard apartment that they were staying at but when they got to the hotel they contacted me and they wanted to move to another hotel (5 star) in the same area, so given the fact the dates were from the 10 -14 August (peak season) and most of the hotels were fully booked, after searching we found a Suite at another hotel, but the clients refused to pay the difference between the two properties. We also would have managed to avoid any cancellation fees as usually the hotels charge the full amount if clients leave earlier than the departure date especially during the high season but since the couple didn’t want to pay the supplement, they had no other choice apart from staying on at the original hotel until they went to Crete.
I was disappointed with the comment ”I was disappointed to learn that not one hotel even knew we were on our honeymoon” which is totally untrue as I have written proof with the hotels and all of them knew very well that they were on their honeymoon.
