This is such a shame to hear as we are a small team and we pride ourselves on going above and beyond, and while this is all totally new to us too, we have diligently kept as up-to-date as possible and ensured you had all the information and links available to you both prior to your trip and including in the app for your ease.
As with visa applications, we are only permitted to assist so far, and especially in this case where such pertinent information as medical records, medical appointments, and personal travel history are involved, we are only permitted to do so much. For instance, we are not allowed to fill in passenger locator forms, book medical appointments, or apply for covid vaccination certificates on our clients’ behalf. We know that requirements can vary across all US states, EU countries, and depending on where you’re travelling the following ten days after travel. For this reason, we try really hard to ensure you have all the information available and include all the directions and links specific to your unique circumstances included in the app for your ease. We are also on-hand 24/7 by phone and by email for any queries in case anything is confusing.
Was there something in particular that we did not do? I am speaking to my team about this as it’s the first time this year anyone has been disappointed with the service we provide. Especially in the last 6 months with everything surrounding Covid.

May I please check if everything went smoothly with your QR code in France? Did you find the links included in the app helped clarify matters? I would really appreciate if you could give us an idea of what we could do differently. We can then implement this as far as we are able going forward. This has been an incredibly tough eighteen months for us, both for the team personally and for the business, and we really do want to ensure that your experience is as stress-free and enjoyable as possible, despite the new circumstances!
