Overall, our time in Peru was full of new and wonderful experiences. We were able to see wonderful parts of nature in the Amazon, stayed in fabulous hotels in Urubamba and Cusco, did the one-day Inca trail hike to an unforgettable Machu Picchu view, and more.
It did take a while to get the “feel” of our trip set up correctly, and in the end, I think we should have shortened it by one day, but we were able to experience all the things we hoped for.

Our trip was outstanding. We tried doing this trip in 2022, with a cruise. We both got Covid and had to quarantine in Montevideo, Uruguay. Undaunted, we came back this year for a land trip only.
Our agent, Kieran, did an outstanding job. He helped us navigate through our experience and our 19-day itinerary was wonderful. We started out at Iguazu Falls, and went to Salta, Argentina, then Ushuaia and portions of Patagonia, including Tierra del Fuego. From there, we went to Chile and Puerto Natales. Torres del Paine was amazing, along with the fjords. San Pedro de Atacama was otherworldly. I can't say enough good things about this trip! You won't be disappointed.
Kieran checked in with us during the trip to ensure things were going well. What an unforgettable experience. We met wonderful people along the way, the food was excellent, and we had great wine! We had great accommodations for the whole trip. Really a great experience.

We used this travel agency for a 16-day trip to Lima, Cuzco, Machu Picchu, the Amazon ecolodge, Rio De Janeiro, and Iguazu Falls. The advisor, Ezequiel, was in frequent and timely contact with us in planning all the particulars of the trip. It involved 11 flights, two train rides, and two boat trips, as well as five-star hotels, a private driver, and guides in all destinations (except the Amazon ecolodge, obviously).
All hotels, transfers, and guides were perfect. The hotels were beautiful, provided great service, the transfers were all punctual and flawless, with all the guides professional and wonderful. Traveling to South America was daunting for us, but the travel agency made the trip incredibly stress-free.
Due to the fault of American Airlines, our connection from Miami to Lima was missed. Our destination host (all clients of the travel agency get a destination host upon arrival, who stays in contact with you during your trip as needed) immediately booked us another flight from Lima to Cusco so our carefully planned itinerary remained intact. This despite it being midnight (his time) during our communication. He was most pleasant and helpful. They even helped arrange some refunds for unused services due to our missed connection from Miami that first day.
If planning luxury travel to South America (including Peru and Brazil), you cannot find a better company than this one. The staff were simply awesome and we could not have done this trip without them. Looking forward to traveling with them again to visit Argentina and Chile!

I can't say enough about our recent trip to Ecuador. Working with this travel agency was a fantastic experience from the planning stage all the way through to the final day. Our agent designed the perfect independent tour for my husband and our two adult children.
We stayed in a beautiful cloud forest resort and did some amazing day and night hikes to explore this area. Next was the exact type of Galapagos trip that I had requested – very active, very immersive. We were able to see so many amazing things that we simply can't say enough about this part of our trip.
We travel a lot. However, this trip was by far the best we have ever taken, outside of a first-day flight delay that our agent also helped with.

Lucas and the entire team at the travel agency did a wonderful job organizing our trip to Peru and Argentina. During the planning phase, I worked with three different travel agencies besides this one, but this itinerary was the most creative and really designed based on my specific requests, unlike others who tried to sell me a standard itinerary for the destinations.
Communication during the planning phase was smooth and all my requests were thoroughly discussed and addressed. During the trip, we contacted Lucas many times with different questions and requests. The response was immediate, Lucas was very patient and did everything to make us happy.
The itinerary offered to us was well-balanced, containing very different types of activities that were well-coordinated with the local vendors. Thanks, Lucas, and the travel agency for the great experience and memories that will stay with us forever. A job very well done!

We found Zicasso online and they referred us to this travel company. Oxana from the agency got to know us and what we were looking for during several conversations. She then put together a custom trip for us. She really listened and understood our needs. Every single detail was thought of and taken care of. The hotels in Punta Arenas and Castro were perfect. The experience at the hotel in Torres del Paine was extraordinary. I can't begin to describe the unforgettable Torres del Paine National Park.
Patricia in the operations department kept in touch throughout the trip and made sure everything went smoothly, even messaging me at 11pm on a Sunday to make sure we boarded the ferry ok. The travel agency went above and beyond to ensure our trip went smoothly. On our request, we included four nights and three days on the Navimag ferry from Puerto Natales to Puerto Montt. It was delayed for two days due to bad weather, but was absolutely worth the wait!

The representatives were very helpful and responsive. We really had no idea how to set up the trip to southern Argentina and their help was very valuable. There were a few very small issues along the way, but the people were very helpful in resolving them, which was great.

We had an absolutely wonderful trip. Everything ran like clockwork. We were greeted by our driver in Orlando at the Santiago airport right on time. He was welcoming, warm, and friendly. When we returned at the end of the trip, we were delighted when he surprised us at the airport. It was like seeing an old friend.
The hotel in Santiago was a lovely place to start and our bike tour of the city was also excellent. Though the bikes were a bit old, our guide was very knowledgeable. We had lunch on the hotel's rooftop and left the next morning for Futangue Park.
The hotel there was rustic and charming, and the staff were very friendly. The bartender was adorable and made some amazing drinks for us. Our guide was delightful. We did a bike ride with him, a beautiful hike, and a kayak trip on a lovely lake. He took us up to the top of the mountain and supplied us with delicious snacks. The food at this hotel was delicious.
We left and went to the hotel in Puerto Varas. We just loved this hotel, with its beautiful views of the lake from our room, gourmet meals, and the spa. The highlight was our guide, who made the trip extra special with his wit, knowledge, and sense of humor. We learned so much and felt safe as we hiked, biked, and kayaked across the beautiful landscape. We loved it when we stopped and he spread out the wine and delicious coffee and snacks. He even made us a cheese board when we left.
The winery was a great place to end the vacation. It was also beautiful and we had an excellent tour of the vineyards on foot and by bike. We concluded with the five-course wine-pairing lunch. The food everywhere was some of the best we have ever had on our travels.
