The agency is very skilled in quickly getting a feel for your travel style and then putting together an itinerary, accommodations and all, that are a perfect match. We sent her an email from our (excellent) hotel describing the problem and, literally, within an hour we'd heard back from her--and the supplier in Iguazu. Everything went off without a hitch. We had drivers that picked us up and delivered us to our hotels and flights. Not having to worry about where we were going and how to get there, made it much easier. The tours that the Argentina travel agency arranged for us were very good.
