We loved the trip. Having everything arranged gave us the peace of mind when we arrived at each of our destinations. This Greece tour operator did a wonderful job of matching our requests to create a magnificent honeymoon experience. We got to meet Dimitri, our travel agent, while at Santorini and he gave us plenty of advice as to where to go and what to eat. I thought it was very cool that he took the time to meet us, he made us feel like we were more than just customers writing his paycheck.
Our favorite part of the trip was definitely our stay in Santorini, Greece. The hotel was small but cozy and the view was breathtaking. Although we ventured to Oia for the legendary sunset (and it didn't disappoint) we also found that the view from our balcony was just as spectacular. We would highly recommend renting a 4 wheeler to ride around the island. The beaches are magnificent. I only wish it had been slightly warmer so we could swim.
If I had one complaint, I wish we could have been advised more on what / where to go see in Crete. Since Crete is a much larger island than Santorini we had to drive. You couldn't just walk aimlessly around and find cool things like we did in Santorini. This we just as much our fault for not researching enough or being prepared, so this is only a minor issue. However, our hotels in Crete were in very good locations. We loved our location in Chania right outside the old port. Overall I was extremely satisfied with this tour operator and Dimitri's suggestions.
