We had an awesome experience with this European tour company. First and foremost, they are extremely trustworthy and responsive. They did everything that they said they would do. They helped us design an itinerary that worked really well and enabled us to see/do everything we wanted to, much better than if we had tried on our own. They provided a local cell phone when we arrived and were very responsive to both calls and texts for assistance, which we definitely needed periodically. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and the hotels we stayed in were all excellent and centrally located. Jay and Alex were both great through the whole process from trip design to the actual trip experience. Just really top quality!
One of our most enjoyable/memorable days was driving from Prague to Vienna with stops in Cesky Krumlov, Eagle's Nest and Salzburg. It was just a great day and we got to see so many cool things. We also really enjoyed the Vienna Boys Choir and Spanish Riding School. While it was not "enjoyable" per se, we did visit Auschwitz/Birkenau and that was moving and something we will never forget. There were just so many great things we did that it is hard to capture all of them.
Nothing. We had an absolutely perfect itinerary and I wouldn't change a thing. I think we had the right amount of activities planned, stayed the right amount of days in each place and saw everything we wanted to see. We would absolutely work with this travel agency again on a future trip. We had an absolute blast and it really proved the value of a good travel agent to me. I had never used a travel agent before, so this was a great first experience. Thanks for the great experience, Jay and Alex!
How did you find out about Zicasso?
I really just stumbled onto Zicasso from Google. I was looking for a travel agent that specialized in central/eastern Europe and was excited to find this travel agency through Zicasso. I would definitely use Zicasso again to locate a travel agent with an area of specialty.
