From the start this Spain travel agency composed the most interesting trip of all the competitors on Zicasso.com. We had easy communication with their representative and we worked out every detail to our satisfaction. Our travel specialist, Antonio, was most patient and did not try to stop us from planning whatever we wanted. The trip was really amazing!
The areas we stayed in throughout Spain..Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Granada, Cadiz and Seville! .All the hotels planned by the travel agency were in central areas and either historical or chic decor and great quality. The Hotels all offerred a wonderful Spanish style breakfast. All transfers and vouchers were organized and easily understood.
Hotels of 4 stars are probably 3 star by American standards. Although all the hotels were sincerely authentic and charming and the services were excellent - Be aware - beds are stiff and hard in Spain hotels - not firm, but flat and no support...not the fault of the travel agent - but really - I would inquire about the beds if I travel again to Spain. We stayed in some beautiful places so we were very suprised!
