Valentina from the Italy travel company was a pleasure to work with. Clearly, she's a top-notch professional in the travel industry. Even though we've never met in person, she took the time via email and over the phone to get to know what my family and I wanted/needed from this trip and made each recommendation accordingly. Our trip went perfectly. We loved the hotels, the guided tours of Rome/Florence and the day trips. We were a relatively large group with a wide age range yet each person loved the experience.
Travel and Leisure magazine arrived the day I started to plan the trip. Once I read their comments about Zicasso, I immediately went to your site and the rest is history! I never needed anything else to plan my trip.
The entire trip was wonderful and all travel details were handled perfectly by Valentina at the Italy travel company. Some of the trip highlights: the guided tour of Rome, the day trip to Siena and San Gimignano and my parent's excursion to Lucca. The local drivers and guides were knowledgeable about our destinations, friendly and committed to providing the highest level of service.
Nothing! We were incredibly happy with our trip and now have amazing memories to look back upon. We can't wait to plan and leave on another adventure!
