We were well informed about what and where we were going before we left. The personnel were most helpful and kept us advised at all times. Even the people designated to meet our plane were there on time. Valentina was an excellent travel agent.
The tours were very well put together. We didn't find ourselves with so many people in a tour that we couldn't hear or see.
Also, the hotels were very comfortable and if you were lost, which we were a few times, the locals were most helpful with showing us the right way to go.
Probably not try to take so much in. We were there 2 weeks and could have really stayed another week. We fell in love with Venice and wished we had of spent more time in the city. It was smaller and not quite so overwhelming.
