outstanding. The Japan tour operator provided two guides to enable us to see the country in depth and facilitate with the language and transportation issues. they did a great job implementing our customized trip through four islands in japan
i'd really give this travel company a 4.5 * rating. our itinerary was complex providing an in-depth cultural experience in japan. temples,shrines, ceremonies, dances, kaiseki dinners, dining with the locals in all the cities and villages, staying in ryokans and at a monastery in mt. koyosan. seeing villages in shirakawago and gokayama. loved kyoto. tokyo was exciting;tsukiji market was fascinating. the gardens were outstanding.
not much. maybe less time in fukuoka and more around the island of kyushu. also, probably would have upgraded some of the hotels.
