From the moment that I received my first e-mail from Roberta, our Italy tour operator, I was excited. We spoke very soon after that and discussed what kind of trip and what we wanted to do. We wanted to see the small, quaint and friendly villiages. Roberta was able to put us in the right places to see what we wanted to see and do and also added some great ideas. She was so easy to work with, as was everyone in our Italy travel agency office. Every Bed and Breakfast, Agritourism and 5 star hotel was beyond our expectations!
We loved every minute of our trip, from the time we touch down in Venice to lifting off in Pisa. Italy is a beautiful country! The people were warm and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed Florence. What a beautiful city, but we fell in love with the country side.
Our trip was perfect!!! but I would add one thing--more time. We had 2 weeks which flew by. When I go back, I will plan for at least a month! I just wanted to stay longer in every town. We even suggested to several acquaintances along the trip to use our Italy tour operator the next time they traveled to Italy.
