What are your overall comments on the trip and travel company? 

I had airfare, rental car and hotel booked only. All reservations were made as promised. No miscommunications. The reservation agent was prompt in bookings.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip? 

Cradle Mountain Lodge

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently? 

I did not like the Mercure Hobart hotel. No air conditioning. Busy street location. Basic boring hotel. I would not stay there.
It would have been helpful for the agent to assist in information regarding driving distances between hotels and places to stop in between our hotel destinations.
