European Tours was established in 1986 as a small tour operator offering packages to Greece and Turkey. Over the past 20 years, European Tours has not only expanded in the destinations offered, but has also built solid reputations with numerous airlines, ground handlers and cruise companies. Some of the airlines we use are Swiss International, Delta Airlines, Air France, Lufthansa Airlines, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Iberia Airlines, Olympic Airlines, Alitalia, BMI and Turkish Airlines. As for cruises, we work with some of the specialized cruise companies like Louis Cruise Lines, cruising the Aegean and Western Mediterranean, Pullmantur Cruises (recently merged with Royal Caribbean Cruises) for our Spanish cruises, and Amadeus Waterways for our river cruising products.

Expanding upon our Greece and Turkey products, we now have packages in Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Switzerland and The United Kingdom. Throughout these countries, we offer escorted tours, independent tours, and fully customized independent-travel packages. Within our independent travel packages, we include airfare, hotel accommodations, private or group transportation, private or scheduled sightseeing services, car rentals, rail tickets or passes, ferry tickets (wherever applicable, such as the Greek Islands) as well as specialty services. Specialty services may include a number of various luxuries for the upscale clients (such as dinner reservations, bottle of wine sent to the clients, and so more).

Our specialized staff has visited each of the destinations above and therefore are not only familiar with the products sold, but can provide suggestions and guidance where necessary. We work hard to set up our scheduled programs to ensure that the clients who travel from the United States to Europe visit the sights and see the scenery that Europe is known for. Nonetheless, we also understand that many clients prefer to discover Europe on their own, and therefore created such an extensive independent travel product. Within our independent travel product, we offer hotel and apartment accommodations all across the globe, including 20,000+ hotel contracted rates, to better serve clients. However, since our staff specializes only within Europe, we limit our tour programs and escorted tours to the countries mentioned above.
