Day 1 :

Depart USA for an overnight flight to Rome.
Day 2 :
ROME
Arrival in Rome. A Homeric Tours representative welcomes you to Italy and transfers you to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure.
Day 3 :
ROME
After breakfast, begin your half day sightseeing tour of Rome including Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. Continue to monumental St. Peter’s Square and Basilica, cross the Tiber and visit the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. (B)
Day 4 :
ROME
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Spend your day shopping or take an optional excursion to see more fascinating sites. (B)
Day 5 :
ROME / ATHENS
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Athens. Upon arrival, a Homeric Tours representative will assist you with your transfer to your hotel. The rest of your day is at leisure. (B)
Day 6 :
ATHENS
This morning enjoy a tour of Athens, combining most of the city’s modern and classical sights. Your tour includes an overview of the modern city and striking contrasts to the remains of its glorious past. Your tour includes a visit to the Acropolis, the Panathenaikon Stadium and more. The remainder of your day is at leisure to explore this magnificent and historic city. (B)

ATHENS
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Today, your day will be at leisure. Perhaps, you may want to take one of our various optional excursions to Delphi, Mycenae, or a one-day three island cruise to Hydra, Poros, and Aegina. (B)
