DAY BY DAY ITINERARY:

DAY 1, FRIDAY: NEW YORK
Depart USA for an overnight flight to Larnaka via Athens. (D,B)

DAY 2, SATURDAY: LEMESOS
Arrive Larnaka. A Homeric Tours representative welcomes you to Cyprus and transfers you to your hotel in Lemesos. Rest of the day at leisure.

DAY 3, SUNDAY: LEMESOS
Today enjoy a full day at leisure. Spend your day at the beautiful beach by your hotel. At night join the local people in restaurants and try the traditional meal, the "meze" and do not leave Cyprus without trying at least one of the many outstanding varieties of Cypriot wine. (B)

DAY 4, MONDAY: LEMESOS
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Spend your day at leisure or explore on your own this beautiful seaside town, which is home to many cultural treasures. Visit Lemesos Castle, the Medieval Museum, the Folk Art Museum, the Colossi Castle. Walk on ten miles of beautiful beaches or visit the lush Municipal Gardens. (B)

DAY 5, TUESDAY: LEMESOS / LEFKOSIA
After breakfast at your hotel, board your motor-coach for your tour to Lefkosia. You may visit the Archaeological museum in Lefkosia which gives an insight into the island's rich history, or if you would rather, enjoy some shopping. Stop by the Archdiocese and visit the Cathedral of St. John, housing some outstanding frescoes. Continue to the picturesque village of Pano Lefkara that is world famous for the embroidered lace work and filigree silverware. Return to Lemesos for overnight. (B)

DAY 6, WEDNESDAY: LEMESOS / ATHENS
After breakfast transfer to the airport for your flight to Athens. You will be met by a Homeric Tours representative ad transferred to your hotel. rest of

DAY 7, THURSDAY: ATHENS
After breakfast at your hotel, board your motorcoach for your sightseeing tour of Athens. See the Acropolis, one of the world's most amazing structures and its on site museum, the Parliament House, the temple of Olympian Zeus, the Panathenian Stadium and much more. Afternoon at leisure. (B)

DAY 8, FRIDAY: PIRAEUS / MYKONOS
After breakfast, transfer to Piraeus to board the 3-day cruise to the Greek islands. Your first port of call is Mykonos, the most popular European island. Enjoy the whitewashed houses and picturesque windmills. (B,L,D)

DAY 9, SATURDAY: KUSADASI / PATMOS
Arrive Kusadasi and take an optional tour to the ancient city of Ephessus. Then on to Patmos and take an optional excursion to the Monastery and Cave, where John the divine wrote the Book of Revelation. (B,L,D)

DAY 10, SUNDAY: HERAKLION / SANTORINI
Arrive in Heraklion, the capital of Crete. Take an optional excursion to the city of Heraklion, the Museum and the Palace of King Minos at Knossos. Sail on to Santorini. The most spectacular of the Greek islands. Stroll the town of Fira and enjoy the view of the Caldera. (B,L,D)

DAY 11, MONDAY: PIRAEUS / ATHENS / USA
Early morning return to Piraeus. Disembark after breakfast and transfer to the airport for your return flight home. (B,L)
