Day 1: Rome Fiumicino Airport / Trevi

Estimated arrival in Fiumicino Airport within 12,00. Departure to Umbria with arrival at 15,30 to Trevi to have our accommodation in a charming 4 stars Hotel located in the center of the ancient village. This old medieval village, located in the middle of a rich olive grove, is included in the club The best village of Italy. Free afternoon. Welcome meeting at 18,00 with cocktail to introduce to our guests our itinerary, Umbria and next days visits. Dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Trevi / Perugia / Trevi

After breakfast we will drive to Perugia, the main city of our region. This is an ideal period to be in Perugia: during these days there is Umbria Jazz, the most famous jazz festival in Europe, rich in world famous artists and musicians. The day will be free, so you can take your time to enjoy the original atmosphere of this multicultural city. Free lunch and dinner. Late in night back to the hotel. Overnight. (possibility to buy alternative excursions)

Day 3: Trevi / Spello / Montefalco / Assisi / Trevi

After Breakfast departure to Spello. Guided tour of the city which is included in the club "The best village of Italy", due to its high historical and naturalistic patrimony. We will drive then to Montefalco, located in the top of a hill, that is why it is named the railing of Umbria . Here we will visit an old winery and we will a wine tasting of the famous wine Sagrantino di Montefalco and light lunch. In the afternoon we will go to Assisi with a short stop in Santa Maria degli Angeli. Then we will go to Assisi. Guided tour of this fabolous city where S.Francis and S.Chiara were born. The beauty of this city will impress you. In late afternoon back to the hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Trevi / Deruta / Torgiano / Bettona / Trevi

After Breakfast departure to Deruta, famous for its artisanal ceramics. Here we will visit the oldest factory of the city. Then we will move to Torgiano, small medieval village where we will visit the Wine museum and the Olive oil Museum. Lunch in a typical trattoria. Tastings available. In the afternoon we will go to Bettona, suggestive village also called Etruscan Balcony for its fantastic location. Here we will have a cooking lesson with dinner. Late in night back to the hotel. Overnight.

Day 5: Trevi / Orvieto / Todi / Trevi

After breakfast we will go to Orvieto an amazing Etruscan city dominating the valley of River Paglia. The city rich of monuments and culture, gives you the magic feeling of 3000 years of history. We will visit the amazing Duomo but we will also take time to drink the famous Orvieto white wine: we will have our lunch in a famous winery. In late afternoon we will travel to Todi. We will visit this beautiful artistic city famous for its Renaissance monuments and we will visit the square Piazza del Popolo, considered to be one of the best of Italy. In late afternoon back to the hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Trevi / Spoleto / Norcia / Trevi

After breakfast we will drive to Spoleto, one of the most fascinating city of our region. Guided tour of the city. We will have our light lunch while visiting an olive grove. In the afternoon we will go to Norcia, native land of S.Benedetto. This city is also famous for salami, charcuterie and truffles. In late afternoon back to the hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Trevi / Narni / Amelia / Rome

After breakfast, on our way to Rome, we will visit Narni. This city is dominating the valley of Nera river and is an important fort for the construction of the "Flaminia Road". Really amazing the historical patrimony of the area including Medieval, Etruscan and Romans monuments. Then we will move to Amelia. The town lays on the top of a rocky hill on whose land, olive and ilex threes grow all around, only interrupted by the river Tevere. Beside the town walls, several cisterns and roman houses testify the importance of Amelia during the Caesars empires. Lunch in a winery with wine tasting. In the afternoon we will go to Rome where you will have free time for dinner. Overnight

Day 8: Rome / Rome Fiumicino Airport

Breakfast in Hotel. Free transfer to the airport in time for your flight back home. End of our services.
