Day 1 In Flight
Depart USA for Siem Reap, Cambodia. (Meals on flight)

Day 2 In Flight
Cross International Dateline; lose a day. You will regain it on the return trip

Day 3 Siem Reap
Upon arrival in Siem Reap, your guide will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. In the afternoon we take you to visit the local markets.

Day 4 Siem Reap
Touring begins with Angkor Thom, the ancient capital city. After lunch you will be taken to Angkor Wat,the main temple area. B, D
Evening: You will be taken on a sunset cruise on the Great Lake and the Submerged Forest.

Day 5 Siem Reap
The tour begins with a trip out to Bantei Srei. This delightful area has some of the most amazing intricate carvings, especially over the doorways. After a mid-day break you will be taken to Ta Prohm, which is the remarkable site where the trees and the monastery intertwine in many intriguing ways. B, D
Evening: Dinner and Cambodian cultural show

Day 6 Siem Reap - Phnom Penh
Take an early morning boat on the Ton Le Sap Lake and down the river from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. This is an exciting larger power boat which seats about 100. You will end up at the Mekong River and land in Phnom Penh. There your guide will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel around mid-day. After you have had a chance to rest before your tour of the Killing Fields (outside of town). B, L

Day 7 Phnom Penh
Today visit the main sites which demonstrate the tragic cruel Khmer Rouge regime: the Genocide Museum. After lunch visit the King's Palace and the National Museum. B, L
Option: Dinner at the FCC (Foreign Correspondant's Club)

Day 8 Phnom Penh
Today we will take you to Angkor Borei. Your day includes riding a boat across the small lake, riding on the back of cyclos to get to the rural ruins of the city wall and visiting a Cambodian village. Upon your return to Phnom Phenh, we can take you to the Russian Market and the Central Market. B, L, D
Evening: This evening you will take a short boat ride along the Mekong River.

Day 9 Phnom Penh
Today you will be transferred to the airport for your flight home with a lifetime of wonderful memories!
