SAT - NEW YORK:
Depart JFK for an overnight flight to Amman. Full service on board. (D,B)

SUN - AMMAN:
Upon arrival in Amman, our tour representative will meet you and assist in your transfer to your hotel for dinner and overnight. (D)

MON - AMMAN:
Enjoy your buffet breakfast. Meet at the lobby of the hotel to begin your visit of the ancient and modern city of Amman, originally built on seven hills. Discover the Citadel situated on one of the highest hills and have a splendid view of the old city; Temple of Hercules, Omayyad Palace, Byzantine Church and the Archaeological Museum. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight. (B,D)

TUES - AMMAN / JERASH / UM QAIS / AJLOUN / AMMAN:
After breakfast, drive north of Amman to Jerash, the ancient Gerasa, a beautiful and one of the best preserved Greco-Roman cities in the world. Continue to Um Qais, to visit the ancient Greco-Roman city of Gadara, and on to Ajloun to visit the 12th century castle, a very important Arab castle in the battle against the Crusaders. Return to Amman for diner and overnight. (B,D)

WEDS - MADABA / MT. NEBO / KERAK / PETRA:
After breakfast depart south to visit Madaba, home of the most famous Byzantine mosaics. Continue to Mount Nebo, the alleged burial site of Moses, with its spectacular view of the Holy Land. Continue to Kerak to visit the Crusader Castle dating back to the 12th century AD. Proceed to the ancient city of Petra for diner and overnight. (B,D)

THURS - PETRA:
After breakfast visit the fascinating city of Petra "the rose-red city", which was built by the Nabateans 2000 years ago, who hewed their monumental tombs, palaces, temples and treasury from the desert rocks sandstone in its natural hues of rose and gold. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight. (B,D)

FRI - PETRA / WADI RUM:
After breakfast drive to the Natural Resort of Wadi Rum desert, also known as "The Valley of the Moon" for its awesome moonlike landscape. Upon arrival you will be driven by Bedouin 4 x 4 to the great mountain of Al Khazali where you can discover clues of ancient civilizations that existed in many of these carved inscriptions. Dinner and overnight at a camp in Wadi Rum. (B,D)

SAT - WADI RUM / AQABA:
After breakafst drive to Aqaba in the Red Sea to visit the city with the old castles and to discover the well-preserved coral reef under the water of the Gulf of Aqaba. Dinner and overnight. (B,D)

SUN - AQABA / DEAD SEA:
After breakfast drive to the Dead Sea, the lowest spot on earth, to visit Bethany, the Baptism site of Jesus Christ by John the Baptist, one of the most recent significant archaeological and religious discoveries. Diner and overnight (B,D)

MON - DEAD SEA:
Day at leisure to indulge yourself at a spa center, or to float in the Dead Sea, which is highlight of every visitor's trip to Jordan. Dinner and overnight at your hotel. (B,D)

TUES - DEAD SEA / AMMAN / NEW YORK:
After breakfast transfer to Amman Airport for your return flight to New York. (B,L)
