What are your overall comments on the trip and travel company?
Morocco was awesome. Traveloteca did a great job in arranging everything. I would also include in the itinerary a visit to Volubilis. It is an absolute must see.
What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?
We loved Marrakesh and Fez the most. Specially walking through the souks was a great experience. My kids loved the donkey ride in the souks in Fez.
If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?
I loved everything in the trip. I would have loved if we had a good English speaking driver for all the days. i know that is too much to ask and thats why I said "would have been nice". The first driver who received us at Casablanca spoke good English but the other two (the driver in Marrakesh and the driver who took us from Marrakesh to Fez, Meknes, Rabat and Casablanca) spoke passable English. So made it difficult to have a conversation with them and ask questions. The last driver who took us to Fez and rest of the places did a really great job in taking us around and taking care of our needs. The room in the hotel that we had a reservation in Fez was really bad (I think it was Zalagh). So when we complained to the guide, the guide conveyed to the driver and the driver took care of everything and had us moved to a wonderful hotel the next day. He did a fabulous job even though he spoke very little English. Thats why I say it would have been wonderful if he spoke better English and we would have had better communication.
