You might try chowhound, I am a member of that site and they have great boards with a lot of international destinations, it is where I got all my good recommendations for Barcelona and places in the US.
It’s been a couple years
It’s been a couple years since I’ve been, but for local cuisine we enjoyed Au Chien qui Fume (the smoking dog) in Les Halles. Also Angelina’s at 226 rue de Rivoli, they also do excellent pastries.
