I want to try real AUTHENTIC Russian foods. Suggestions?

I can't wait for my trip, although I just read that Moscow is the world's most expensive city to live in! I hope that doesn't transfer too much to the traditional market!

Bliny, traditional Russian pancakes, traditionally quite think, most often served thin- more people enjoy it that way. Russia is famous for borsch- a soup, often red with tomatoes-but some are green with veggies like sorrel. Pelmeni is also very popular and is a kin to ravioli. Olivye is a popular Russian salad much like potatoe salad, but with ham and apples. Really good!
