What circumstances will cause suspension of traveler memberships?
Zicasso is aiming to build a trustworthy relationship with all our traveler members. However, in certain extreme circumstance, we will have to suspend some travelers’ memberships. The following lists some of, but is not limited to, these circumstances:
- Reported by other members for sending out unsolicited and inappropriate messages
- Post inappropriate content on Zicasso
- Failed to honor purchases repeatedly: we understand that things can change and travelers have to cancel the trips. However, if a traveler is repeatedly reported for purchasing trips from our travel company members without sending the required payments or canceling the trips without proper communication, Zicasso’s team will investigate these cases and determine the validity of these travelers’ memberships
- If frequent Trip Requests submitted by a traveler are determined to be without good intent, Zicasso’s team will contact the traveler and evaluate the continuation or suspension of the membership
