Travel Reviews on Travel Specialists ... from Real Travelers

As you may have noticed, Zicasso now has a good bunch of Travel Reviews! For the first time on the Internet, or anywhere for that matter, real travelers are forming a community that rates and reviews travel agents and tour operators! Only travelers who booked and traveled through Zicasso are invited to write these travel reviews so you know they are from real travelers sharing real experiences.
Many users are finding these Travel Reviews to be very helpful as they provide insights on actual trip experiences as well as the service quality provided by the travel agents and tour operators on Zicasso. At the same time, these Travel Reviews are also very useful for Zicasso to maintain standards -- each of our travel company partners need to maintain a minimum of 3.5 star average rating. We pay a lot of attention to these reviews -- we use the feedback to work with our travel agents and tour operators to fine-tune and improve their services for future Zicasso travelers. This has allowed Zicasso to continually elevate the service standard of the "handcrafted travel" industry.
We are looking forward to a great year of travel ahead in 2010. It's starting to look like it will be a busy year for travel, as many consumers are now starting to get more confident about the economy...and intend to make up for the reduced travel during 2009!
